Heard from an expert that Jeff offers the best auto glass repair service in BR and after having him repair my vehicle I must agree. I've been through several other services, including nationally recognized ones, who failed miserably... and when I say Jeff went above and beyond, he really did! I have used Jeff Craddock for years and have lost count of how many windshields he has repaired or replaced for me. He is the only windshield guy I recommend to my friends.
Recently, I needed the windshield replaced on my 1995 Mercedes Benz convertible. It is a rare model and replacement trim pieces are very hard and sometimes impossible to find. Jeff determined that the top exterior trim piece was not a typical pry-off piece and rather than muscle through and possibly break or deform the piece he stopped and told me he would need to do some research. I told him to do whatever he needed to do to figure it out as this is my fair-weather driving car and I am in no hurry to get it done improperly.
Jeff kept me posted on his research and after a few days he is now finishing up the job--
